Reshape pulled all the stops out to install our external ramp and balustrade to improve access for our parents to their property. They were efficient, friendly and listened carefully to what we needed. We are really pleased with the installation and it was very competitively priced. We cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very first initial contact, comms were great, advice was great, we tweaked the design two times, but nothing was too much effort for them. We had a large scale piece of work carried out by Reshape during May 2026 and the result is absolutely superb. From the time we first contacted Reshape, they were very professional and truly cared about our input in to the project. Oliver, was superb in our interactions, with very timely replies and agreement on our budget, which they fully stuck too - with no hidden costs or charges. Andy; Ryan and Adam who carried out the works were absolutely superb - again, very professional, but also very polite and as the works became reality, we were actively encouraged to share our thinking and amend the plan as needed. The works lasted just short of two weeks, which was within the agreed timelines and every single night, the working space was left clean and tidy and once the work was completed, we were absolutely thrilled by what the team had delivered. From design to completion, these guys are excellent, can't fault them in any way.  After the design was agreed and a timescale given, everything went to plan.  Andy and Ryan were both professional and personable, answering any amount of my silly questions and both worked like trojans.
